§ 10-27. Penalties.

(A)

Any person who knowingly fails or refuses to obey or comply with, or willfully violates any of the provisions of this article, or any lawful rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, or any lawful order of the Director issued pursuant to the provisions of this article, shall upon conviction of such offense, be subject to punishment as provided by law. Each day during which the knowing or willful failure or refusal to comply with this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(B)

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to the town for all costs and damages incurred by the town as a proximate result of such violation plus a fine up to $500.00 per day.
