§ 12-31. Purpose.

No plat of lands lying within the Town of Hillsboro Beach may be recorded in the official records of Broward County prior to approval by the Town Commission. It is the purpose of this division to establish procedures and requirements for obtaining Town Commission approval of a plat of land located within the town limits.
