§ 12-381. Nonconformance; removal required.

All nonconforming signs in the town shall be removed at the expense of the owner or lessee of the real estate on which signs are located, or at the expense of the owner of the signs. The town reserves the right to remove any such sign of the owner thereof fails to comply 30 days after the owner has been notified by the Clerk.
