§ 12-392. Applicability.

(A)

All residences, buildings, structures and changes of use requiring a development order pursuant to the town's Code of Ordinance shall require submittal of a landscape plan. Landscape plans shall be prepared by a registered landscape architect, or other person authorized pursuant to F.S. Ch. 481, Part II, as amended.

(B)

Notwithstanding the exemptions provided for in the Code, the following shall also be exempted from the provisions of this division: Any development with an approved site development plan or a valid building permit prior to the effective date of this division.
